Auto-Mow

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 June 2026

These terms govern your use of auto-mow.co.uk and any purchase you make from Auto-Mow Ltd.

1. About us

Auto-Mow Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales, trading from Bristol, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@automow.uk.

2. Our contract with you

Placing an order is an offer to buy goods. A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we are unable to deliver to your address.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.
  • Payment is taken in full at checkout via our secure payment processor.
  • Despite our best efforts, occasional pricing errors occur. If we discover an error before dispatch we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel and return are set out in full in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Warranty

Segway Navimow products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (typically 2 years from delivery on the main unit and 1 year on the battery — see the documentation supplied with your product or contact Segway directly). Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Installation services

If you purchase our Pro Setup & Installation service, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date after your mower has shipped. You agree to provide safe access to the installation site, mains power within reach of the dock location, and a responsible adult on site during the visit.

8. Use of the products

You agree to follow the manufacturer's safety instructions, use the product only on land you own or have permission to mow, and supervise children and pets around the machine.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site at the time you place an order is the version that applies.
