Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your Navimow. If you change your mind, you have 14 days to return it under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. To do so, email info@automow.uk with your order number before the 14 days expire.

After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

2. Return postage

Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Because the mowers are heavy and bulky, we recommend a tracked, insured courier — you remain responsible for the goods until they reach us. We're happy to quote you a discounted collection rate on request; the cost will be deducted from your refund.

3. Condition of returned goods

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals and the charging dock.
  • You may handle the goods as you would in a shop to check they work, but any reduction in value caused by handling beyond that (for example, blades used on a lawn, scratches, mud) may be deducted from your refund.
  • Software-paired or activated units must be unpaired from the Navimow app before return.

4. Your refund

  • We will refund the price of the goods and the standard outbound delivery cost (if any) within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of you providing proof of return — whichever is sooner.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.
  • The Pro Setup & Installation service is non-refundable once the engineer's visit has begun. If you cancel before the visit, it is refunded in full.

5. Faulty or damaged goods

This 14-day right is separate from your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your product develops a fault, is damaged on arrival, or is not as described:

  • Within 30 days: you are entitled to a full refund, including return postage paid by us.
  • 30 days – 6 months: we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
  • After 6 months: covered under the Segway manufacturer warranty (typically 2 years on the main unit).

Please email photos and a short description to info@automow.uk as soon as possible.

6. Items we can't refund

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window with no fault.
  • Items returned without their accessories or in a significantly used condition.
  • Personalised or made-to-order extras.

7. How to start a return

  1. Email info@automow.uk with your order number.
  2. We'll reply with the Bristol return address and an RMA reference.
  3. Arrange tracked courier collection (at your cost) within 14 days.
  4. Once we've inspected the goods, your refund is processed within 14 days.
