Free, tracked UK delivery on every Segway Navimow. Here's exactly what to expect.
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays ship the next working day.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our Bristol warehouse. The courier will offer rescheduling, safe-place and neighbour options through their own portal.
Because Navimow mowers are valuable, a signature is required on delivery. The driver will not leave the parcel unattended unless you've authorised this with the courier.
If a delivery fails because no-one was available to sign and you do not respond to the courier's redelivery options within 7 days, the parcel will return to us. We can re-send it but a redelivery charge (at cost) may apply.
Please inspect the box on arrival. If it looks damaged, sign for it as "damaged" and email us within 48 hours at info@automow.uk with photos so we can resolve it quickly. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, but our courier insurance covers transit damage when reported promptly.
If you've added our £249 Pro Setup, we'll contact you to book the engineer's visit after the mower has been delivered. Mainland UK only — outside mainland UK we'll quote separately.
